Move forward.

Day in and day out, I think about all the what ifs. “If I would have invested in this stock, I would have this many thousand dollars richer.” “If I would have stayed in my corporate job, I would be a lot more financially stable and made ‘X’ amount of money.” “If it wasn’t for COVID, I would have six-pack by now.” The truth is, people don’t become millionaires overnight, people don’t find their dream job right after college, and people don’t get in shape because they worked out once. It take consistency. Repetition, repetition, repetition. Work, work, work. Struggle, struggle, struggle.

Keep going. I’m nowhere near starting my actual goal, I don’t even know what I want to do with my life yet. And I’m basically 30. You’re not alone. Don’t let Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tik-Tok, and social media fool you. The truth is that a lot of people are struggling to have ends meet at the moment. There are a lot of people struggling to pay rent, pay mortgage, pay their lease at their business, getting laid off, getting evicted, sick, and so on.

Just keep moving forward. When you hit a bump, retrace, relapse, whatever you case may be, keep moving forward. Don’t give up. You’ll get there if you just keep moving forward.
